Pricing starts from $95/m³, dropping to $89/m³ for jobs over 10m³. Every quote includes labour, GST and dump fees upfront, so the price we confirm before the job is the price you pay, with no add-ons on the day. Unusually heavy loads, like concrete, tiles or soil, are quoted by weight rather than volume, confirmed with you before we start.

Same-day collection is available in most southside suburbs when booked early in the day, with next-day slots when the same-day schedule is full. Weekends and the lead-up to public holidays tend to book out faster, so earlier bookings get the widest choice of times.

Not necessarily. If there's clear access to the items, in the yard, garage, building loading area or a designated collection point, we can complete the job while you're out and send photos once it's done. If access needs a key, gate code or building instructions, let us know when booking.

We sort everything for recycling or donation wherever possible, with over 85% of what we collect across the southside diverted from landfill. Whitegoods and scrap metal are recycled, usable furniture and household items are offered to local charities where condition allows, and general waste goes to a licensed facility.

Most household, garage and yard rubbish is fine, including furniture, mattresses, whitegoods, green waste and general junk. A small number of items, such as asbestos, hazardous chemicals, oil, tyres and gas bottles, require specialist handling and aren't included in a standard collection. Let us know if you're unsure about a specific item and we'll advise before the job is booked.

Yes, most southside jobs can be quoted from a description and a few photos, without needing someone to come out beforehand. For larger or more complex clearances, we may suggest a quick call to confirm the scope and make sure the truck and crew are the right fit.

No. We take on everything from a single bulky item, like an old couch or mattress, through to a full property clear-out. Smaller jobs are simply quoted at a lower volume rate, with the same fixed-price, no-surprises approach either way.
